Overview

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell, central to redox reactions and energy metabolism. It serves as the critical substrate for sirtuins and poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs), enzymes studied for their roles in DNA repair, cellular stress response, and longevity pathways.
