Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods
We use tracked, discreet courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched. Orders can also be tracked within the website via the menu.
Delivery Times
UK deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 5–14 business days.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, but occasional delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, customs checks, or events outside our control. If your order is delayed, you can track it via the courier, through the website dashboard, or contact us through the website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option chosen. Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There is no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
